Welcome to my website! I am Alexandra Martinez, and I am excited to share my story with you.

I come from a family of entrepreneurs and hard-working individuals from Chile, who instilled in me a deep sense of determination and drive. For the past 30 years, I dedicated myself to the corporate world, specializing in human resources. My journey began in the banking sector, where I gained valuable experience before venturing into the mining industry.

Over the years, I expanded my expertise to encompass unionized organizations and facility services companies. However, it was during my tenure as a consultant, where I transitioned from a prestigious French corporation to a local consulting organization, that I discovered my true passion.

There is something incredibly fulfilling about supporting small to medium-sized businesses. Each one of them feels like family to me. I understand that being a founder and entrepreneur can be a lonely journey, which is why I am here to bridge the gap.
